Reports in the Airtory Studio

You can schedule hourly, daily and weekly reports from the Airtory Studio

We understand that there are several stakeholders involved in executing an ad campaign and everybody needs to be clued in about the campaign performance. The Airtory Studio allows you to schedule reports to them to keep a track of performance.

  • On clicking the REPORTS tab from the Side Bar in the Airtory Studio, you will see a screen where you can create and schedule reports
  • Click on the NEW REPORT button at the bottom right of the screen to generate a report
  • Here, you will be asked to enter details for the report:
    • PRIMARY DATA:
      • Report Name
      • The Time Zone in which you would like the data to be filtered
      • The frequency in which you would like to send the report
        • One Time
        • Daily
        • Weekly
        • Monthly Report Frequency
      • The email addresses to which you would like to schedule the reports
    • FILTER: by the content of the report
      • Date Range: for which the report should contain the data. The different options are –
        • Yesterday
        • Last 7 days
        • Last 30 days
        • Custom: where you can set the custom date range
      • Creatives for which the report needs to be sent –
        • On clicking the SELECT CREATIVES button, a pop-up appears with the list of the active campaigns in your account
        • After clicking on the campaign name, the list of the active creatives appears from which you can select the creatives for which you wish to schedule reports
      • After this, you can specify the range of the data breakdown you would like to present in the Report:
        • Hourly
        • Daily
        • Monthly
      • Lastly, you can select the different performance metrics that should be included in the report
  • Once all the fields are defined, click on the EXPORT button at the bottom right of the screen and your Report is good to go
  • The Report will be sent in an XLS format to all the email addresses mentioned
  • After setting up the report, you will be able to view it in the Reports section of the Airtory Studio
  • You can perform any of the below actions for the report from this window:
    • Pause
    • Edit
    • Download
    • Delete

You can set up separate reports for Display Creative, Video Creatives, Trackers, Standard Creatives and Landing Pages.

How to Access Video Campaign Analytics?

Airtory Studio records and displays the performance of video creatives under Video Campaigns

Along with being a Creative Management Platform, the Airtory Studio is also an ad server acting as an individual third-party auditor of creatives and campaigns created. Hence, users have access to various data points of video creatives and campaigns created in the Airtory Studio.

The analytics for video creatives and campaigns can be accessed only from the Video Campaigns tab on the sidebar menu.

  • Click the VIEW STATS button below the campaign name in the Video Campaigns section to be redirected to that particular campaign’s Analytics page.

  • To view the detailed analytics of a creative, click on the STATISTICS button in that particular creative card.

  • The default date range for which the Analytics are displayed on this page is the last seven days. The date range can be modified by selecting from the drop-down menu.
  • The data which is displayed on the Analytics page can be downloaded as an Excel at any time by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the page.
  • The default data which is displayed in the Analytics page is:
  • Campaign Summary –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the ad has loaded on the page for the date range selected
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the ad and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • CTR: Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on the ad after seeing the ad for the date range selected. (CTR = Clicks/Impressions)
  • Video Interaction Graph –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the ad has loaded on the page for the date range selected
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the ad and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • Start: The no. of users who watched the start of the video
    • First Quartile: The no. of users who watched 25% of the video duration
    • Midpoint: The no. of users who watched 50% of the video duration
    • Third Quartile: The no. of users who watched 75% of the video duration
    • Complete: The no. of users who watched the complete video duration
    • Pause: The no. of users who paused the video before completion
    • Resume: The no. of users who resumed the video play after it was paused
    • Replay: The no. of users who replayed the video after its complete duration
    • Unmute: The no. of users who unmuted the audio of the video
    • Mute: The no. of users who muted the audio of the video
  • Video Interaction Funnel: This bar graph gives a holistic view of the video interaction points, giving the advertiser a chance to view at which point of the video duration the user might have dropped off
  • End Card Stats –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the end card has loaded after the complete video duration
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the end card and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • CTR: Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on the end card after seeing it for the date range selected. (CTR = Clicks/Impressions)
  • Daily End Card Stats Table: Tabular representation of the interaction points of the end card
  • Video Viewership: This is available only in the Overall Video Campaign Analytics page. This is a tabular representation of the performance of each video creative added in that particular campaign

How to Access Individual Creative Analytics?

From within the Airtory Studio, you can view and download detailed analytics for each creative made

  • The Display Campaign page in the Airtory Studio gives you the view of all display creatives and campaigns created.
  • To view the detailed analytics of a creative, click on the STATISTICS button in that particular creative card.

  • The default date range for which the Analytics are displayed on this page is the last seven days. The date range can be modified by selecting from the drop-down menu.
  • The data which is displayed on the Analytics page can be downloaded in an Excel or PPT format at any time by clicking on the icons at the bottom right of the page.
  • The Creative Analytics page can be shared with other stakeholders too. Simply click on the SHARE ANALYTICS button on the top right of the page. You will be given the option to set a password to protect the analytics URL with.

    • Impressions: The no. of times the ad has loaded on the page for the date range selected
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the ad and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • CTR: Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on the ad after seeing the ad for the date range selected. (CTR = Clicks/Impressions)
    • Invalid Impressions: Impressions that do not meet Airtory’s quality standard
    • Engagement Rate: Engagement Rate is the percentage of people who have engaged with the ad after seeing the ad for the date range selected. (Engagement Rate = Engagements/Impressions)
    • Daily Breakdown of Impressions: Graphical representation of daily Impression data for the date range selected. Hover over the points on the graph to see the exact numbers.
    • Hourly Breakdown of Impressions: Graphical representation of hourly Impression data for the date selected. Choose the date for which you want to see the hourly data from the drop-down menu.
    • Daily Summary Table: Tabular representation of daily Impressions, Clicks and CTR data of the date range selected.
    • Lifetime Statistics: Statistics since the start of creative trafficking.
    • Click Map: A heat map on the ad image showcasing where maximum no. of users have interacted with the ad.
    • Interaction Stats: Graphical representation of the interaction/engagement metrics of the creative.
    • Daily Interaction Table: Tabular representation of the interaction points of the creative.
    • Platforms Pie Chart: Data of how many impressions are served on which platform(s) are shown in a pie chart. Hover over each section to see the exact number.
    • Devices: Tabular representation of the no. of impressions served on which devices, giving the advertiser an idea on which device the creative was most served on.
    • Impression Heat Map: Progressive representation of the hourly impression data. The depth of the green color represents the volume of impressions during that hour. You can view the exact impression number by hovering over individual hour blocks.

All graphs and pie charts can be downloaded as individual PNG images. This is helpful when generating performance reports of the campaigns.

How to Access Campaign Analytics?

You can view and download overall individual Campaign Analytics from the Airtory Studio

While the main Analytics page showcases the metrics of all campaigns present in that particular Airtory Studio Account, you can access individual Campaign Analytics to assess its performance.

  • Click the VIEW STATS button below the campaign name in the Display Campaigns section to be redirected to that particular campaign’s Analytics page.

    • Lifetime Statistics: Statistics since the start of the campaign.
    • Creatives in the Campaign: A slideshow of the thumbnail of all creatives part of the campaign.
    • Different Metrics Pie Chart (Impressions, Clicks, etc.): Individual metric data in a pie chart format. The individual metric can be selected from the drop-down menu. Hover over each section to see the exact number.
    • Interaction Stats: Graphical representation of the interaction/engagement metrics of a particular creative. To view the interaction stats of a different creative, you can select the same from the drop-down menu.
    • Daily Interaction Table: Tabular representation of the interaction points of the particular creative selected in the Interaction Stats graph.
    • Platforms Pie Chart: Data of how many impressions are served on which platform(s) are shown in a pie chart. Hover over each section to see the exact number.
    • Impression Heat Map: Progressive representation of the hourly impression data. The depth of the green color represents the volume of impressions during that hour. You can view the exact impression number by hovering over individual hour blocks. You can view this for each creative part of the campaign by selecting it from the drop-down menu.

Analytics in the Airtory Studio: An Overview

The Airtory Studio records and displays different levels of metrics, by which a user can assess the performance of your Campaign and Creatives.

Airtory Studio is a third-party ad server that records ad metrics at different levels. Analytics within the Studio are real-time allowing users to keep an eye on performance and optimizing the creatives on the go.

  • On Clicking the ANALYTICS tab from the Side Bar in the Airtory Studio you will be led to the overall analytics of ALL Display Campaigns in your account.
  • You can filter the Analytics displayed by selecting the Campaign Name from the drop-down menu on the top of the page.
  • You can further view the statistics of one particular creative within that campaign by selecting the creative name from the Creatives drop-down menu.
  • The default date range for which the Analytics are displayed is the last seven days. The date range can be modified by selecting from the drop-down menu.
