How to Access Video Campaign Analytics?

Airtory Studio records and displays the performance of video creatives under Video Campaigns

Along with being a Creative Management Platform, the Airtory Studio is also an ad server acting as an individual third-party auditor of creatives and campaigns created. Hence, users have access to various data points of video creatives and campaigns created in the Airtory Studio.

The analytics for video creatives and campaigns can be accessed only from the Video Campaigns tab on the sidebar menu.

  • Click the VIEW STATS button below the campaign name in the Video Campaigns section to be redirected to that particular campaign’s Analytics page.

  • To view the detailed analytics of a creative, click on the STATISTICS button in that particular creative card.

  • The default date range for which the Analytics are displayed on this page is the last seven days. The date range can be modified by selecting from the drop-down menu.
  • The data which is displayed on the Analytics page can be downloaded as an Excel at any time by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the page.
  • The default data which is displayed in the Analytics page is:
  • Campaign Summary –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the ad has loaded on the page for the date range selected
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the ad and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • CTR: Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on the ad after seeing the ad for the date range selected. (CTR = Clicks/Impressions)
  • Video Interaction Graph –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the ad has loaded on the page for the date range selected
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the ad and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • Start: The no. of users who watched the start of the video
    • First Quartile: The no. of users who watched 25% of the video duration
    • Midpoint: The no. of users who watched 50% of the video duration
    • Third Quartile: The no. of users who watched 75% of the video duration
    • Complete: The no. of users who watched the complete video duration
    • Pause: The no. of users who paused the video before completion
    • Resume: The no. of users who resumed the video play after it was paused
    • Replay: The no. of users who replayed the video after its complete duration
    • Unmute: The no. of users who unmuted the audio of the video
    • Mute: The no. of users who muted the audio of the video
  • Video Interaction Funnel: This bar graph gives a holistic view of the video interaction points, giving the advertiser a chance to view at which point of the video duration the user might have dropped off
  • End Card Stats –
    • Impressions: The no. of times the end card has loaded after the complete video duration
    • Clicks: The no. of users who have clicked on the end card and redirected to the advertiser’s landing page for the date range selected
    • CTR: Click-through rate is the percentage of people who click on the end card after seeing it for the date range selected. (CTR = Clicks/Impressions)
  • Daily End Card Stats Table: Tabular representation of the interaction points of the end card
  • Video Viewership: This is available only in the Overall Video Campaign Analytics page. This is a tabular representation of the performance of each video creative added in that particular campaign

Exporting Video Ads in the Airtory Studio

Setting up a Video ad in the Airtory Studio is a little different than setting up a Display ad

After completing the creative set up process, the ad is now ready to be Exported and implemented.

Follow the below steps to get a ready-to-use Video Ad Tag from the Airtory Studio.

For Video Campaigns, once the creative is good to go, the screen will look like the below, where you can see:

  • The preview of the creative
  • Shareable creative preview link
  • QR Code to view the creative on a mobile device on scanning
  • Taking a step back, while setting up the creative, the user will have to select the media partners they wish to execute this ad on. This is done so that relevant Macros can be inserted in the final Ad Tag.

  • From the Export page, the tags can be copied on the clipboard simply by clicking the COPY button
    • Before copying the Tag, select the media partner being used for the campaign from the drop-down menu
    • On selecting, the respective Macros will be inserted
  • There is also a direct link to the Statistics page of this particular creative from this page
  • All Ad Tags of a particular campaign can be downloaded from the Video Campaigns Summary Page
  • Click on Hamburger Symbol on the extreme right of the campaign details tab to view a drop-down menu
  • Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download the Ad Tags of all creatives in that particular campaign in an Excel file

On exporting the ad tags, you can implement it within the dashboard of your chosen media partner – DSPs or direct publishers.
